Our leadership and coaching staff combines a diverse mix of personalities, backgrounds, experience and strengths.  Our commitment to you as our customer is that we will seek coaches who have knowledge to teach the game, enthusiasm for the game, are positive role models for the children under our instruction, and are eager to help the players improve their skills.  All of our staff will have coached at least on the Middle or High School level or equivalent experience (Directors' discretion) and have an extensive knowledge of the game.   The Northeastern Lady Panthers & Panthers believes in surrounding this program with good coaches who care about the players, have a love for the game, are knowledgeable, and are committed to excellence in all they pursue.
