This fund was established in memory of Keosha Oliver. Keosha is the oldest daughter of the Northeastern Lady Panther's Organizations Director, Ricky Oliver. Keosha was killed by a drunk driver on March 6th, 2000 at the age of 19 years old.
The purpose of this fund is used to assist any current or future Lady Panther family(ies) and the lack of ability to meet the financial commitments required to participate within this Organization. The Oliver Family financially supports this fund.
The fund will be awarded annually prior to the Organizations first tournament. Solely the Director of the Organization will decide the dollar amount and the recipient(s). The award and dollar amount will be held in strict confidence between the Organization and their recipient(s).
